Why is it that I love everything French? French food, French language, French coffee, French fashion, French interiors, French architecture! Lenn and I believe Paris is the cultural capital of the world. Soon we’ll be traveling there for a little biz, and a little pleasure. Grabiner/Hall is situated in a lovely little town named El Segundo, California. We couldn’t be happier with our location, right on Main Street—no kidding, 429 Main Street! We walk to lunch or to the nearby Blue Butterfly Coffee House for an afternoon espresso to get the creative juices flowing. We like when clients visit us …but mostly we travel to our clients’ place of business.

I attended a Joy Chudacoff webinar that inspired me to pay some attention to my workspace environment. Don’t get me wrong, G/H offices are really cool, but my immediate space didn’t ‘inspire’ me. The changes I’ve made are simple, but feel good. I’ve added a giant inspiration board, family pics, sculpture, and shells from my favorite vacation to the Mayan Riviera. It’s calm, creative and centered.
